§ 154.071  FORMS OF ASSURANCE.
   (A)   At the option of the Village Board, the required legal assurance may be either a performance bond or an escrow deposit.
   (B)   Every performance bond shall be reviewed by the Village Attorney, and posted with the Village Clerk.
   (C)   Any funds to be held in escrow shall be deposited with the Village Clerk.
