(A) The subdivider/developer shall file with the Administrator a set of reproducible cloth- or polyester-base film positive showing the as-built-details and any deviations from the approved plans upon the completion of improvements, or when 50% of the building permits have been issued in a given plat.
(B) The subdivider/developer shall pay the costs to add water, sewer, street, and storm water improvements to the overall village map(s);
(C) If the Administrator finds the as-built to be unacceptable, building permits shall be discontinued until such time as the information is acceptable.
