§ 154.005  STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   From the effective date of Ordinance 2016-10 (September 2016), the standard for determination of the requirement for subdivision standards and requirements as provided in the Illinois Plat Act (765 ILCS 205/1 et seq.) shall be changed from “less than five acres” to “less than two acres”.
