§ 151.076  RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.
   The owner of the premises shall maintain such structures and premises in compliance with these requirements. A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant or let to another for occupancy or use permits which do not comply with the requirements of this subchapter.
