Upon approval of the intended route by the Board, a fee of $25, plus $50 for each day it is intended that such building shall occupy such portion of any public way or place shall be paid to the Clerk and a permit issued. An additional fee of $50 for each day or fraction thereof, over and above the time stated in the application, shall be paid for occupying such way or place.
