§ 150.04  APPROVAL OF PLANS.
   (A)   Such applications with plans shall be referred to the Building Inspector and/or the Zoning Administrator, who shall examine the same to determine whether the proposed alterations or construction will comply with the village code provisions relative thereto.
   (B)   Upon approval, one set of plans shall be returned to the applicant with a permit, and the other set shall be retained by the Building Inspector and filed with the Village Clerk.
   (C)   No permit shall be issued except after approval of the plans.
   (D)   Upon issue, a permit will be valid for 180 days, and construction must commence during this period. If the proposed alterations or construction is not completed within the 180 days, the landowner/applicant must apply for an extension of the permit.
   (E)   If approved by the Village Board, said extension will only be issued for an additional 180 days and must have Village Board approval.
