(A) The following fees are established for the issuance of a permit to newly construct the following:
Accessory building | $25 |
Commercial or business structure | $250 |
Industrial structure | $500 |
Miscellaneous permit (i.e. parking lot, deck, fence, pool, driveway and the like) | $25 |
Mobile home park permit | $500 or $25 per pad whichever is greater |
Mobile home unit/manufactured home/immobilized | $150 |
Multi-family dwelling | $250 |
Newly construct a structural addition | $75 |
Plan development | $500 |
Sign permit | $20 |
Single-family dwelling | $150 |
(B) All fees for the above projects that are started prior to obtaining the permit shall be tripled.
