§ 130.15  CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED.
   The Illinois Criminal Code, 720 ILCS, as passed, approved and amended by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village; the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village; provided, however, the penalties as provided by this code of ordinances shall apply.
