An appeal may be taken from the decision of the Mayor, in any case covered by this subchapter, by the person aggrieved thereby. Such appeal shall be taken within a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the issuance of the decision on the matter appealed from, by filing with the Village Clerk, a notice of appeal specifying the grounds therefor.
