The licensee shall at all times keep a list of the names of his or her customers and his or her addresses and shall, upon request, deliver a copy of the same to the Mayor. He or she shall also keep, at all times, a map and a description of the compact area in which he or she renders service, and shall, upon request, deliver a copy of same to the Mayor.
