If during the period covered by the license granted, the licensee shall permit his or her equipment to fall into disrepair or fail to keep the same in a sanitary condition when not in use or fail to keep the same up to the standard required by this subchapter, or fail to obey any of the provisions of this subchapter, or to give adequate service, the license may be revoked in the manner provided in this chapter.
