§ 111.192 SURETY BOND.
   Before a license hereunder shall be issued each applicant shall execute and deliver to the village, a surety bond in the penal sum of $1,000 running to the village, such bond to be conditioned that such applicant shall at all times conduct an orderly business and that he or she shall at all times observe and comply with the ordinances of the village relative to the license issued hereunder, and that such licenses will pay all fines, penalties and costs which such licensee may incur for any violation of any ordinance of the village, and further that he or she will provide for his or her customers the full service for which they may have made any payment in advance.
