For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INSPECTOR. The Mayor of the village or the agent designated by him or her for that purpose.
REFUSE HAULING VEHICLE. Any vehicle of any kind used in hauling refuse to any disposal area at any time whether such use be casual or infrequent, or regular, except such vehicles owned or operated by any incorporated city, village or town used only in hauling refuse to a refuse disposal area maintained exclusively by such city, village or town.
