The Health Officer, Building Commissioner, Fire Chief and other duly authorized agents, officers and employees of the village, shall have the right to come upon and be upon the premises of the bed and breakfast establishment, with or without notice, at any reasonable time, to inspect the premises of the establishment to determine that the same are being operated and maintained in good and safe order and repair and in compliance with this subchapter and the other applicable chapters and ordinances of the village.
