(A) The Clerk shall review all raffle license applications and approve or deny the same within 30 days from the date of application. If an application is approved, the Clerk shall issue a raffle license to be valid for a period of time stated in the application, but in no event longer than one year.
(B) The raffle license shall limit the area in which raffle chances may be sold or issued to the corporate limits of this municipality, and where applicable the county and the municipalities located therein, and shall show the period of time during which raffle chances maybe sold or issued. The license shall also show the date, time and location at which the winning chances will be determined.
(C) The license shall be prominently displayed at the time and location of the determination of the winning chances.
(D) The fee for each license shall be in an amount to be, from time to time, determined by this municipality.
