All of the provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Act, being 235 ILCS 5, as now or hereafter amended, and of the rules and regulations issued by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, which are or may hereafter be in force, which are applicable to the village, are hereby incorporated into and declared to be a part of this chapter the same as if they were expressly set forth herein.
