No licensee shall permit any person, while on the premises and in public view to:
(A) Expose his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft;
(B) Employ any device or covering which is intended to give to appearance or simulate his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft;
(C) Appear without a fully opaque covering of his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, anus or anal cleft;
(D) Permit any female to expose that area of the human breast below the top of the areola;
(E) Permit any female to employ any device or covering which is intended to give the appearance of or simulate that area of the human breast below the top of the areola; or
(F) Permit any female to appear without a fully opaque covering of that area of the human breast below the top of the areola.
