§ 110.113  DRINKING ON PUBLIC WAY.
   No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor on any public way, public right-of-way or public property (including, but not limited to, public highways, streets, alleys, parking lots or sidewalks) within the corporate limits of the village. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit the consumption of alcoholic liquor by patrons of the permittee having a temporary permit at any banquet, picnic, bazaar, fair or similar private or public assembly where food or drink is sold, served, or dispensed, so long as such consumption occurs exclusively on property that is licensed for that particular event.
