§ 110.105  GENERALLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or admit the public to any licensed premises where alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours of sale of such liquor is prohibited; provided however, that in the case of restaurants, clubs, hotels, motels, bowling alleys, filling stations and other separate businesses conducted on said premises, such establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold during such hours.
   (B)   The Liquor Commissioner, with the advice and consent of the Village Board, may approve the extension of closing hours on specific days, upon request of any licensee. Such extension of said closing hours, if approved, shall apply only to the licensee requesting the same.
