§ 110.075  ANNEXATION OF LICENSED PREMISES.
   Whenever the village annexes land upon which a licensed premises is situated, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may issue a license of substantially the same classification as the license that the licensee of the annexed premises had prior to annexation, provided that the licensee and the licensed premises meet the requirements of all laws and ordinances applicable to the regulation of the sale of alcoholic liquors, except that no annual license fee shall be charged for the period of time for which said licensee has previously paid any other local governmental jurisdiction.
