§ 110.034 NUMBER OF LICENSES.

   (A)   The number of issued liquor licenses of each class shall be as follows:

 

Classification	Licenses
Class A	1
Class B	2
Class C	2
Class D	2

 

   (B)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, any person holding a valid license on the effective date hereof may renew its license with the provisions of § 110.040.
