§ 94.168  MAYOR’S AUTHORITY.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized on behalf of the village to cause sidewalks to be cleared upon the request of the person or entity charged with snow and ice removal. Any person or entity whose sidewalk is cleared pursuant to this section shall reimburse the village for the costs of such clearing.
