§ 94.067 FEES.

   The fee for such permit(s) shall be as follows; however, the Village Board may waive the fees in this section:

 

Excavation in asphalt or portland cement concrete pavement or surface	$25 per sq. ft.
Excavation in brick pavement or surface	$25 per sq. ft.
Excavation in oil-treated street surface	$25 per sq. ft.
Excavation in untreated or unimproved street or surface	$25 per sq. ft.
