§ 92.21  PERMIT.
   (A)   Consumer fireworks displays are prohibited within the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a pyrotechnic display within the village without having first secured a permit therefore issued by the Village Clerk, and executed by the Chief of the Moweaqua Fire Protection District or his or her designee.
   (C)   Application for the permit shall be made not less than 15 days in advance of the date of the display on a form provided by the Village Clerk.
   (D)   A fee of $25 shall be provided by the applicant at the time the application for the permit to be filed with the Village Clerk.
   (E)   A permit for a pyrotechnic display shall identify the lead pyrotechnic operator.
   (F)   No permit issued hereunder shall be transferable.
