For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ASHES. The waster product of combustion of any material.
GARBAGE. Includes KITCHEN AND HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE and OTHER REFUSE MATTER as defined within this section.
KITCHEN AND HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE. Any, all and every accumulation of vegetable matter, liquid or solid, that is received from kitchens and households, and also any, all and every decayed or unsound matter, such as vegetable and fruit.
OTHER REFUSE. Sweepings, lawn takings, papers, tin cans, bottles, dirt or other accumulations not giving off noxious odors.
VEHICLE. Automobile, truck or any vessel, vehicle or wagon used to transport garbage or refuse as defined within this section.
