(A) Any person who wishes to engage in the practice of beekeeping on village property must apply for and obtain a beekeeping license from the Village Clerk.
(B) Any license granted in accordance with this subchapter shall only apply to the license holder and shall not run with the land.
(C) An applicant must provide a basic beekeepers certification from an accredited beekeeping organization and pay an annual fee to the Village Clerk in the amount of $5.
