§ 90.089  ENFORCEMENT.
   The enforcement of the provisions of this code shall be under the direction of the animal control warden. For the purpose of enforcing this subchapter, the warden or any animal control warden or police officer may obtain a search warrant or other appropriate court order to permit entering private premises.
