§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided herein, violation of this chapter shall carry with it a fine of between $75 and $750. As a further remedy, the village is hereby authorized to request from a court of competent jurisdiction any equitable or injunctive relief, which will abate any nuisance under this chapter, including an order to refrain from further notation of this chapter, and to recover from the owner all costs and attorney fees associated with abating the nuisance or to take any other action allowed under this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750, and shall be required by the court to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle and pay all towing and storage charges pursuant to this chapter.
