For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any self-propelled motor vehicle including, but not limited to, semi-tractors, semi-trailers, trailers, trucks and motorcycles as defined in the 625 ILCS 5/95-1/2.
MOWEAQUA BUSINESS DISTRICT. The area of U.S. Route #51 and Main Street extending one block north, south and east of the intersection of U.S. Route #51 and Main Street, and also extending west on Main Street from the intersection of U.S. Route #51 and main street to the old Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way, and also, one-half block east on the south side of Elm Street, all located in Moweaqua, Shelby County, Illinois.
OFFICER. Any duly appointed police officer, state police officer, sheriff or sheriff’s agent.
