It shall be unlawful in the village for any vehicle having a gross vehicle weight (including vehicle and maximum load) of 12,001 pounds or more to park on the roadway or any portion of the right-of-way in any place of the village, except for the purposes of making deliveries to businesses located within the village between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
