§ 72.08  PARKING VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Generally. Any person accused of a violation of an ordinance prohibiting parking a vehicle in a designated area or restricting the length of time a vehicle may be there parked, may settle and compromise the claim against him or her for such illegal parking by paying to the village a fine.
   (B)   Removal - time limit.
      (1)   Any vehicle illegally parked for a period in excess of 24 hours may be removed by a towing service authorized by the Police Department of the municipality.
      (2)   In any emergency, any vehicle may be removed by any means when authorized by the Police Department of the municipality.
   (C)   Village parking lots. No person shall park a motor vehicle on a village parking lot unattended for more than five consecutive days.
   (D)   Parking violation ticket. The parking violation ticket shall be as follows:
