No neighborhood electric vehicle may be operated within the village limits unless it displays a village license. Application for a license may be obtained from the Village Clerk. Vehicles may be licensed upon receipt of a complete application, presentation of proof of insurance, satisfactory inspection of the vehicle performed by the Chief of Police of the village and payment of the license fee of $25.
