The following rates are established for the user charge system.
(A) Basic user charge. There shall be and there is hereby established a minimum charge and a basic user rate for the use of and for service supplied by the wastewater facilities of the village. A minimum charge of $8.25 per month shall be applied to all users whose water consumption does not exceed 1,500 gallons per month.
(B) Debt service charge. Debt service charge is not calculated separately; however, it is included in the basic user rate.
(1) Inside village.
(a) First 1,500 gallons: $8.25 minimum per month; and
(b) Over 1,500 gallons: $0.337 per 100 gallons.
(2) Outside village.
(a) First 1,500 gallons: $8.50 minimum per month; and
(b) Over 1,500 gallons: $0.347 per 100 gallons.
