§ 51.07  WATER AND SEWER SERVICE REQUIRED FOR OCCUPIED RESIDENTIAL DWELLING STRUCTURES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person occupying a residential dwelling structure to fail to procure, accept and use village water and sewer services. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 or more than $750 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be a separate offense.
