All revenues received from the Illinois Video Gaming Act and Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act shall be used for new sidewalks, maintaining street signs, mowing, planting new trees, maintaining tile drainage, maintaining village alleys and towards equipment purchases. Said funds shall be held in an interest-bearing account and shall be used only with two-thirds approval of the Village Board. All such sums may be deposited in the same account used for revenues received from the tax imposed by § 36.070(A).
