(A) The Police Policy and Procedures Manual, is adopted by reference and incorporated in this code of ordinances as if set out at length herein.
(B) (1) From time to time, it may be necessary to modify the policies and procedures contained in the Manual.
(2) The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to make modifications to the Police Policy and Procedures Manual with approval of the Mayor and Board of Trustees in order to facilitate the administration and effectiveness of the Police Department.
