§ 34.025 ASSISTING FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   It shall be the duty of all patrol officers to aid the Fire Department or any other authorized firefighting agency in case of fire within the village, by clearing the streets or grounds in the immediate vicinity of the fire, whenever the same shall be necessary to aid the firefighters in the performance of their duties.
