§ 34.015  ATTENDANCE AT VILLAGE BOARD MEETINGS.
   The Chief of Police shall attend, either in person or by deputy, all meetings of the Village Board when requested by the Mayor. He or she shall also serve all warrants or other legal process required to be served by him or her by law or ordinance of the village.
