§ 34.005  RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPROVAL.
   The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Mayor and the Village Board, may promulgate any rules and regulations to maintain the efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of the Police Department. A complete and current copy of said rules and regulations, including all amendments, revocations and additions thereto shall be kept on file with the Village Clerk.
