§ 34.004  CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The general administration, supervision and control of the Police Department is vested in the Chief of Police who shall be subject to and shall carry out or cause to be carried out all legal directions of the Mayor for the efficiency, effectiveness and general good conduct of the Police Department.
