§ 161.270 CONDITIONAL SIGN.
   (A)   A Conditional Sign is a sign permitted only with a conditional use and includes off-premise signs, on-premise signs specifically described within the Sign Regulations as requiring a conditional use, or an additional on-premise sign not otherwise permitted by the Sign Regulations but which may be appropriate because of a special circumstance or condition unique to a specific property.
   (B)   After compliance with appropriate safeguards and these procedures specified herein and payment of the applicable permit fee, the City Council may permit as a Conditional Sign within a Zoning District precise sign types which are not prohibited and which are described within the Sign Regulations (§§ 161.240 through 161.258) for the particular Zoning District.
