§ 157.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any provision of this Article shall also be subject to the penalties as provided within § 10.99 of the Revised Code of Ordinances. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any person who shall violate any provision of this Article shall also be subject to an action for injunction and injunctive relief.
