§ 157.19 TIE DOWN REQUIREMENTS.

(A) Each manufactured home placed within a manufactured home development shall be securely anchored in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Mobile Home Tiedown Act, 210 ILCS 120/1 et seq.

(B) The owner of each manufactured home development shall make available to the owner of each manufactured home moved within or into the manufactured home development a copy of the Mobile Home Owners Tiedown Guide Pamphlet prepared by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
