§ 155.01 CREATION.
   There is hereby created a Zoning and Planning Commission for the City of Mt. Vernon (which Zoning and Planning Commission is also established by §§ 161.105 through 161.109 of the Revised Code of Ordinances). Said Zoning and Planning Commission shall perform the duties and have the authority as hereinafter set forth for the Plan Commission.
