§ 32.120 CREATION.
   There is hereby created within the City of Mt. Vernon a Bureau of Inspection. The Bureau shall consist of Director of the Bureau of Inspection, who shall be appointed by the City Manager, and such other employees as shall be authorized by the City Council from time to time and appointed by the City Manager.
