§ 32.107 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.
   Each of the five appointed members shall serve a term of two years; which term shall commence May 1 and expire April 30, two years succeeding. The initial appointments shall expire upon April 30, 1995. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term of the vacancy. The Mayor shall designate the Chairperson of the Tree Board.
