§ 32.091 PENALTY.
   The Fair Housing Board may include as part of its report a recommendation to the City Attorney for prosecution of any person or persons who violate any of the provisions of this ordinance or any rule or regulation adopted by the Fair Housing Board or who fail to comply with an order of the Fair Housing Board. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of the Revised Code of Ordinances of the City of Mt. Vernon.
