(A) Any Permittee or any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than $100.00, nor more than $200.00 for each violation of this Ordinance; and a separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each date in which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) In addition to any penalty or fine imposed for violation of this Ordinance, the City Manager may suspend or revoke any permit for any violation of this Ordinance after affording the Permittee due notice and opportunity to be heard in its own defense.
