§ 119.05 PERMIT FEE AND TERM.

The fee for a Downtown Sidewalk Dining Permit shall be $25.00 per year. The fee shall be nonrefundable and shall be non-proratable. No permit shall be assigned or transferred to any other person. The permit year shall be May 1 – April 30. The permit shall state the name of the Permittee and shall specifically designate the sidewalk dining area subject of the permit.
