In addition to any suspension or revocation of a license, any person who violates or omits or refuses to comply with this Ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be fined the sum of $500.00; a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day that a violation occurs. In addition, any person who violates or omits or refuses to comply with the provisions of this Ordinance may be enjoined as provided by law upon the filing of a petition therefor in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Illinois from engaging in any activity or conduct as a food service vendor within the City.
